Hello! I am a dedicated speech therapist and career coach with a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special education needs. My expertise lies in assessment and therapy, catering to individuals between the ages of 5 and 20. My educational background includes a dual degree in Speech and Hearing Therapy, which provides me with a solid foundation in the field, as well as a Master of Science in Public Health, enabling me to approach my work from a holistic perspective.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including the NHS, schools, and the community. These diverse experiences have enriched my understanding of the unique challenges faced by students with special needs and have allowed me to develop effective strategies to help them overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential.

I am deeply committed to empowering people, not only by improving their speech and communication skills but also by providing guidance and support in their journey towards fulfilling careers and life goals.
My ultimate goal is to foster independence, self-confidence, and a sense of purpose in the individuals I work with, ensuring that they can navigate the challenges of the world with resilience and success.

As well as a speech and language therapist I am also a dedicated career coach with a strong background in supporting neurodiverse individuals on their journey to meaningful employment. My career has been deeply shaped by my experience working with Project Search in partnership with the NHS.

Background I come from a professional background that allowed me to collaborate with Project Search, a highly regarded enterprise, in a partnership with the NHS. This invaluable experience exposed me to the intricacies of neurodiversity and the critical need for tailored employment solutions for this incredible group of individuals.
My mission as a career coach is to be a guiding light for neurodiverse individuals as they navigate the path to gainful employment. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to showcase their unique talents and strengths in the workplace. My dedication lies in creating a bridge between neurodiverse job seekers and employers, ensuring that their diverse abilities are celebrated and put to practical use.
